Review on LL Bradford

Hello everyone, I'm going to share with you a review on LL Bradford. If you are a company that is looking for certified public accountants and consultant, forget about LL Bradford. Now, I'm not a type of person who tries to put others down especially a company because we try to always be on a positive side.
Now what you are about to read, is a true honest experience from LL Bradford. Or otherwise I woul'dnt be able to make my reviews about them. In other words, this is our own experience...
We are a new company and LL Bradford is suppose to do our taxes for us.

Now, as new as we are, we paid them a lot of money to do our taxes for us paying for the full package they offered us.  But when it comes to filling for our taxes, what did their Manager told us is that, He was the one filling  taxes for their customer like he is the only one working and he's excuse was he was working two weeks straight as he worked all day just to keep up with everyone's taxes.


Being a newbie on this ball game, , my husband just took it and he was very sympathetic with their Manager's situation But never did we ever file late taxes personally ever as a law abiding citizen. However I'm kind of alarmed  during the last days of filing, since the Manager of LL Bradford said to
" don't worry because we will apply for late filing of taxes letter to the IRS.
And being nice as my husband is, he was never okay with it, but never said much about it.

Now, I'm the one getting a little bit irritated because I think we paid a lot of money for their service and it's not really our problem whether they have manpower to do their job or not, because I think that's the managers job to make sure the job is done regardless. So please, LL BRAdford don't tell us a lot of excuse we dont want to hear. Just get the job done!

• Number one, paying you, and putting our trust in your company, should not result in filing late for us. This just speaks volumes on your company.
• Number two, we could have gotten our tax return on time, had it been done by other company for less money. 
• Number three, we are hard up on money and we could've use it on a timely manner, thanks, LL Bradford!
• Number four, we tried to contact you, but all we get is answering machine. Now that doesnt help much does it?
• Number five, we just have death in the family, and you know how we needed the money at this time. We told them our situation and yet, no sympathy because after all they make us feel like  we were just talking to a wall. No note of telling us anything to keep us on the loop. . No, calls or email to let us know, by the way, this is the confirmation to tell you that were doing this and that at least to know what you can expect or at least show a little care. Again, that goes to show what kind of company you are running..

It's sad because nothing we can do to get our money back so we can have other company to file our taxes for us which I would think would be done and probably earlier than you guys did, without having to wait to file late filing to the IRS.

Im just sharing our experience with them just to let others know how crappy they can treat their customer after paying them to do the job. I'm really disappointed LL Bradley. I just hope you guys will get your act together for your company sake or perhaps its time to have a new management to run it with the right work ethics for your customer's sake. Just telling an honest review on you guys..please take this as constructive criticism. Treat your customer right, they paid you after all. You cannot just get paid and never do the job on a timely manner. Please STOP making excuses and get the job done. Thank you very much!
